The Logistic Service Corporation of Yan’an University is an economic entity integrating administration, service, and business, which was set up by merging th e original Office of General Affairs, Corporation of Labor and Service, and the Administrative Section of Student Dormitories. It is a comprehensive logistic service organization operated under the manager-general responsibility system under the leadership of president, with the principle of ensuring the university’s teaching and research, aimed at quality service, and featured with charged service.
Through actual operation, the Logistic Service Corporation is gradually developing toward independent business, self-financing, self-constraint, self-development, self-improvement, and intensive development. It carries out an open, fair, equitable, and merit-based employment administrative system for all of its staff members. The corporation has subordinate agencies of the General Office, Finance Division, Personnel Division, the Comprehensive Office on the Meidcal College Campus, Food Service Center, Guest Center, Campus Administration Center, Vehicle Administration Center, Power Center, Material Administration Center, Dormitory Administration Center, Center, the University Hospital, the Commercial Center, the Maintenance Center, the Lanhui Landscaping and Forestation Center, the Printing Plant, and the Travel Agency. At present, there are 476 staff members, of which 100 are formal university staff member, and 376 are indentured workers.
